For our March class, we will be exploring the world of Light-Bodied Reds. What does light-bodied really mean? What are the varietals and wine-making styles that lead to a light red wine? What are the terms used to describe these wines? And finally, figure out what you like about these wines so you can order them at ease at your next dinner or buy them at the store for your next gathering!
Class starts promptly at 6PM. The class length can vary depending on the topic and participation by guests but tend to approximately 45 minutes. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a name for the reservation, number in your party, any dietary restrictions, and a phone number. You will receive a confirmation email.
$45 per guest (includes taxes and gratuity). Includes the four wines that we will be tasting and a few small bites. (We can only accommodate the dietary restrictions emailed to us in advance).
